Join Ceres Community Project Meal Production Team
Ceres Community Project is looking for Adult Volunteers to join our Meal Production Team in Santa Rosa.
Wednesdays and Fridays 11:30am - 2:30pm
Meal Production: Prep & Cooking Wednesdays and Fridays
Washing and chopping veggies for that week's menu. Requires the use of knives and repetitive wrist motions. Cooking involves following and executing recipes under direction from staff chefs. Some cooking skills required.
Meal Production: Bagging & Packing Fridays
Packaging involves placing portions of food into containers and sealing them. Meals then get bagged according to a list of required items on the client’s letter for that week. For these tasks, organization and attention to detail will be important

Ceres Community Project provides healing meals lovingly prepared by local teens and adult volunteers for people with serious illnesses, including cancer. We create health for people, communities and the planet through love, healing food and empowering the next generation. Ceres has three program sites serving Marin and Sonoma counties.
